• Age-appropriate vaccinations, recorded in a vaccination certificate
• Microchip implanted and details provided for registration
• Wormed and flea-treated

What the guarantee covers

Our written health guarantee covers serious hereditary and congenital conditions. If your puppy is diagnosed with a covered condition by a registered veterinarian within the guarantee period, please contact us straight away and we will work with you on a fair solution. The full terms are included in the paperwork you receive with your puppy.

Your part

• Take your puppy for a vet check within a few days of arrival
• Keep up the vaccination and worming schedule
• Feed a quality puppy food and follow the care guide we provide
